"BCOE believed in me from day one. I came in with a desire to help students and BCOE opened the doors for me to explore that on multiple professional levels. My supervisors and college leadership have provided me a space to be creative, and grow as an individual and a professional. This level of support allows me to feel good about what I do.”

– Lupe Ruiz, Director of Transfer Initiatives and Professional Development
