Council of Advisors
The Council is a group of senior executives with backgrounds related to the areas of emphasis at Bourns. Its objective is to assist us in achieving our vision of becoming a nationally recognized leader in engineering research and education.
The purpose of the Council of Advisors is to:
- understand and promote the mission and vision of the college and its needs;
- provide industry perspective;
- identify issues important to the future of the college;
- provide guidance, counsel, and recommendations;
- review curriculum for relevance and research for purpose and progress;
- provide assistance and support in all forms; and
- review college plans and provide insight into approaches of competitive institutions.
