A former Air Force avionics systems specialist, Dexter Humphrey possesses over 20 years of industry experience in various technical areas including Photonic device processing, Development of Group III/V based Gun diodes, FET.s , Detectors, Wireless and Microwave circuits. As a member of the technical staff for AT&T Bell labs, JPL/NASA and Corning Inc. Dexter was also involved with device fabrication facility setup, Schottky diode mixer design and process development as well as research and development of 980 wave length lasers for fiber optic telecommunication system.
Dexter holds 1 patent, over 40 publications, is skilled in Vacuum science technology, Industrial safety, Hazardous chemical and gases, semiconductor process engineering and metrology.
