What is an Ambassador?
Ambassadors are student volunteers from each of our Engineering disciplines. We believe that our current students are best positioned to
represent the academic, personal, and social experiences of students in the College of Engineering at UCR. The Ambassador Program gives
current students the opportunity to connect with incoming students and parents and answer their questions about the culture and educational
experience at UCR.

What do Ambassadors do?
Ambassadors are most frequently called upon to represent the College of Engineering at various outreach events to help familiarize prospective
and newly admitted students to the College. This includes speaking to groups as part of a panel or engaging in one-on-one interactions during
outreach events. Ambassadors also provide tours of the Engineering facilities.
