Dr. Taiying Zhang has accepted a post doctoral fellowship with Professor Charles Wyman in Chemical and Environmental Engineering at UCR. Taiying will be working on research pretreatment and enzymatic hydrolysis technologies and their interplay for conversion of cellulosic biomass to sugars for fermentation to ethanol and other products.
