Dr. Niki Biglione has accepted a position at Frito Lay in Plano, TX as a Senior Process Engineer in the Process Technology Research Center. The newly formed think tank was developed tor identify new process opportunities in support of tasty and healthier snacks, develop breakthrough processes to enhance Frito Lay capability, and build strong external networks to maintain advantage in new technology platforms. As the Senior Process Engineer, Niki wil evaluate potential new processes against specific technical and business criteria and lead the evaluation of each technology’s commercial feasibility and viability. Congratulations Niki and we are all looking forward to your new breakthroughs!
