On August 8, 2008, Treniece Terry successfully defended herchemical engineering Ph.D.dissertation entitled "Ternary Particles for Effective Vaccine Delivery to the Pulmonary System" at The University of Iowa. Treniece, who was co-adviced by Professors Aliasger Salem and V. G. J. Rodgers, has also taken a postdoctoral fellowship with Professor Harry Bermudez in the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Treniece will be working on gene delivery polymeric systems. Congratulations Treniece!
