Congratulations to both Taiying Zhang and Niki Biglione for successfully defending their dissertations. On November 26, 2007, Niki defended her thesis entitled "Analysis of Atrazine-Degrading Suspended Cells and Biofilm". The next day, Taiying followed with the same impressive result. Taiying's work is entitled "Glucose Production from Cellulose in Subcritical and Supercritical Water". Niki and Taiying are co-advised by Professor Tonya Peeples and Dr. Gary Aurand, respectively. Congratulations to both Niki and Taiying for such an outstanding accomplishment!
