BCOE has a longstanding commitment to supporting transfer students. The Transfer Transition Program was established in 2014 to help incoming transfer students adjust to UCR through a range of support services, including peer mentoring. A few years later, in 2018, the Engineering Transfer Student Center opened its doors, creating a space where transfer students could connect with fellow transfer students and build lasting connections.
