Cooperative Education (Co-Op) Program
Apply Your Engineering Education to Real-World Problem Solving
The BCOE Cooperative Education (Co-Op) Program provides students with the opportunity to gain extended, hands-on engineering experience while earning academic credit.
Through partnerships with industry organizations, students work full-time on professional engineering projects while continuing their academic development at UC Riverside.
These experiences help students build technical expertise, develop professional skills, and strengthen career readiness.
"UCR was a great place to grow as a professional. There were endless opportunities to work on projects outside of the classroom through student organizations. The Career Center also often hosted job fairs with great companies which made it easier to land jobs and internships."
Ruperd Wilson II, B.S. Electrical Engineering, 2019 Electrical Engineer, Raytheon
