Tap into resources designed for your success
BCOE has a longstanding commitment to supporting transfer students. The Transfer Transition Program was established in 2014 to help incoming transfer students adjust to UCR through support services, including peer mentoring.
In 2018, the Engineering Transfer Student Center opened its doors, creating a space where transfer students could connect with fellow transfer students and build lasting connections.
The transfer student community helps students understand what resources are available and how to align those resources with their goals.
You are not starting over. You are building forward.
Transfer students bring experience, resilience and purpose to BCOE. Our role is to help you navigate the transition, build relationships and make the most of your time at UCR.
Whether you are looking for mentoring, academic direction, research opportunities, professional development or community, there is a place for you here.
Find your people, your space and your next step
BCOE support services are designed for both incoming and continuing transfer students as they transition into engineering life at UCR.
